Step 1

Complete the HR Subscription Consultation Interest form here, providing a contact for your organization, details about your organization’s structure, size, HR needs, and related information, and which HR services you are interested in (recruitment, executive searches, personality assessments, employee handbooks and revised policies, etc.)

Step 2

After completing the HR Subscription Consultation Interest form, schedule a Business Discovery Call with Dawn here to discuss in greater depth your goals and your organization’s needs. We will outline a plan of HR services to help you achieve your business objectives.

Step 3

Sipley the Best will send you an HR Consulting Agreement detailing the services we will provide and commencement and conclusion dates of services. You may digitally sign this agreement or scan a signed copy back to us.

We’re ready to get started now! Begin your HR journey with us, providing feedback so we can chart a course of excellence for you and your team. Our team provides up to 15 hours of expert HR guidance per month, serving as your part-time HR director.

  • Outplacement Services

    The Problem: You are having to downsize but you want to make sure your team is able to find new employment quickly while supporting them during this time of transition. This is great for reputation management.

    The Result: The company sponsors the purchase of the Career Coaching package to show good faith to your staff in which you are separating and to the employees who will remain with you. Your employee leaves feeling supported, while reducing your financial liability of their unemployment.

    The Investment: $1,500 (20% discount and onsite classes available with 5 or more individuals)

    Personality Testing

    The Problem: Interview questions can only tell you so much about an individual. Knowing how they deal with stress and their communication style is important to know how they will get along with existing team members.

    The Result: Predictive Index reporting on both behavioral characteristics and cognitive ability of both candidates and existing employees. Reports include best practices when coaching and communicating with individuals in high stress situations, so you can be the type of leader that is able to build trust and bring out their best qualities.     The Problem: You need to make a hire! You'd love to participate in a job fair to meet and pre-screen candidates on the spot. But... You don't have the time, resources, or budget to attend a half-day event.

    The Result: We attend the fair on your behalf at a fraction of the cost of regular entry. Our team represents your company and shares details about your job openings with top talent. We gather resumes from job seekers, and once the fair ends, you receive a copy of every single resume we collect. There is no additional charge to you for any candidates you hire as a result of our attendance.

    The Investment: $250 per job fair, or 2 fairs for $400
