Having discovered the power of her voice as a child on her grandfather's radio station, from a young age, Dawn discovered how her influence could impact lives.

As a young adult, Dawn thought she would use her voice as an educator in the traditional sense, but after discovering that learning never stops, she rerouted her career towards HR Business.

It has been through her career in HR, that she has guided many leaders through their toughest decisions in business while aligning staff with leaderships' vision.
